Residency & Medical Education

Family Medicine Residency Program

Midlands Family Medicine proudly partners with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) Family Practice Residency Program.
Our resident physicians complete the final two years of their training here in North Platte, gaining hands-on experience in rural family medicine.

Residents provide care alongside our attending physicians, offering a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services while learning in a supportive, community-based environment.

In addition to residency training, Midlands Family Medicine also serves as a teaching site for medical students and nursing students.

Our physicians and advanced practice providers are committed to sharing their experience and passion for family medicine with future healthcare professionals.
