Dr. Shawn Murdock is originally from North Platte, Nebraska.  He attended Chadron State College under the RHOP Program as an undergraduate and completed medical school at UNMC School of Medicine graduating in 2006.  Dr. Murdock completed his residency as part of the UNMC Family Medicine Advanced Rural Training Program which prepared him for all aspects of rural Family Medicine.  After completing his residency, he returned home with his wife, Michelle, to join Midlands Family Medicine.

He currently enjoys time outside of medicine with his wife, daughter and dog.Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you.
